Caramel’s owner, Sarah Watkins, drew inspiration from her grandparents who owned and operated independent grocery stores for over 40 years. Growing up in a family business environment, Sarah always hoped to open her own business one day.

Sarah has spent the past 17 years managing educational programs and fundraising for non-profit organizations. Sarah continues to work part-time as a professional fundraiser while she manages Caramel.

The store is named after Sarah's grandfather's favorite
candy—Caramel.

 

Caramel boutique is excited to team up with the Healing Arts Gallery to present two exhibition openings for you. At Caramel, Mila Medina presents Lake Geneva and Beyond: Swiss Landscapes and Portraits. At the Healing Arts Gallery, the team of Albus Calvus works with community members and the gallery to create a site-specific mural. See events for details.
